- Betty and Wendell made a big pot of Chicken and Sausage Gumbo for all to enjoy! Wendell cooked the chicken and Betty made the roux and added all the veggies, spices and ingredients resulting in a mouth-watering, absolutely delicious Gumbo! Others brought desserts and bread.
