Right before leaving Louisiana, we went to Hebert's Specialty Meats to get some stuffed deboned chickens for us and for Sharon. Hebert's is the famous home of the original TURDUCKEN--a stuffed deboned chicken stuffed into a deboned duck stuffed into a deboned turkey!!!! Delicious!!!
