Wendell's friend here gave him 3 pounds of crawfish tails, so he made these four pies Sunday, September 6th. They were DELICIOUS!!!
On Labor Day, Betty showed us the way to a dock in Delcambre, LA, about 7-8 miles from Abbeville, so we could buy some shrimp off the boat. A niece of hers knows someone who owns this boat.

Love the blog. We stopped in Morgan City yesterday and bought 3 pounds of fresh shrimp off a boat at the docks. Had a shrimp boil last night. Yum, Yum.
