Some Flood Photos
We're here at Doug's--between Millington and Drummonds, about 20 miles north of Memphis. We are 4.7 miles from the Mississippi River by road . . . probably about 3 miles "as the crow flies." We're glad to be on high ground and in no danger of flooding!

Is this the Mississippi River? And just where is this? We are down at the Crawfish Festival in Beaux Bridge and there's lots of worry here about the flooding.
Yes, this is the Mississippi River about 25 or so miles north of Memphis. My pics just show a small part of the flood. Enjoy the crawfish--wish we were there!
Wow, it's terrible everywhere. The festival we were doing, the whole town was flooded. It was very sad. Stay safe....and dry!
