| A rare and valuable find is a blue crawfish! Usually returned to the pond, as it was this day. |

| Everyone at Betty's went together to buy crawfish for our boil--four bags (32-34 lbs. per bag) . . . we also bought a bag for ourselves to pick out and freeze . . . we're pretty sure we learned a lesson to just buy the tailmeat--we thought we'd never get done picking! Plus, the mess. |
