When we arrived at the Shrimp Shack for lunch, we were pleased to see this large shrimp boat unloading shrimp and taking on supplies . . . something neat to watch while waiting for our food! This boat, we were told, was a "freezer boat," thus the sacks of individually frozen shrimp. The other boats we'd seen had brought in fresh shrimp that they loaded onto a conveyor belt to be sorted.
