Wild afternoon weather led to the spout.

The National Weather Service is reporting a waterspout moved over the northwest side of Key West this afternoon and a sherriff's deputy caught it on camera. Monroe County Sheriff's Office Meteorologists say a waterspout becomes a tornado if it crosses over land. There are reports the spout moved over land a little after 4 p.m. Monday. Authorites say no injuries or damage has been reported.
