While on our way to Betty's, we decided to stop at Cypress Bayou Casino in Baldwin for a couple of days. This is our nice site at their RV Park. If you're in the area, check it out--the cost is only $10 per night and they give you $10 on your casino card when you check in!
We took a ride through the scenic and historical small towns of Franklin and Jeanerette. These are just some representative pictures I took.
This beautiful mansion is located on LA-182 just south (I think) of Jeanerette.
