SAILING in Barataria Pass, Grand Isle, Louisiana!

Friday we were invited to go sailing with friends of our campground owners and others!  Here's a photo of their beautiful boat, which is named "Happy Ours"!  Captain Andy and his wife Sue are so friendly and gracious to share their beautiful 41-foot sailboat!

I copied this photo from their website--isn't it gorgeous?

We saw LOTS & LOTS of DOLPHINS!  This one pitiful picture is all I was able to capture.

Yesterday (Saturday), as if we weren't already feeling so lucky to have gone SAILING, we were invited to go again.  It was an even more beautiful day with warm temps and light winds--much easier on the "crew."  Sailing along with Jimmy Buffet and rum and cokes--Life is good!~!~!

Beautiful sky . . . and if you click to enlarge, you can almost see the pelican on the buoy!

Trip over, put the boat to bed.
