Sunday Shrimp Boil

The owners of the RV park, Michelle and Lannie, had a shrimp boil for their RVers, friends and neighbors . . . a gathering of about 10-12 people--just right.  It was so neat visiting with the locals. 

A neighbor, Capt Andy, took us to see his 41' sailboat.  He and his wife took Cookie & Jim sailing in '08 and Cookie e-mailed him about us being here.  Turns out we're staying in what used to be his RV park and he's close friends with the new owners . . . he lives about 1/2 block away and came to the shrimp boil.

 
He said he will take us sailing as soon as the weather is better--too cold and windy now.  Beautiful boat and such nice people!
